This policy sets out the framework through which Rapidoo Loans identifies, measures, monitors and controls the risks arising from its lending activity. The framework is approved by the Board of Directors and is designed to keep risk within limits the Company is willing and able to bear.
Risk categories

Credit risk
The risk that a borrower does not repay as agreed. Managed through eligibility criteria, bureau checks, income assessment and exposure limits.

Operational risk
Losses arising from process failure, human error or external events. Managed through documented processes, maker-checker controls and internal audit.

Compliance risk
The risk of regulatory breach. Managed through policy review, staff training and periodic compliance testing against RBI directions.

Technology and data risk
Risks to system availability and to customer data. Managed through access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring and vendor due diligence.
Framework
- Risk appetite and portfolio limits are set by the Board and reviewed periodically.
- Credit decisions follow a defined underwriting policy; deviations require documented approval.
- Portfolio quality, delinquency and collection performance are monitored on an ongoing basis and reported to management.
- Concentration by product, geography and ticket size is tracked to avoid excessive exposure to any single segment.
- Third-party service providers are assessed before onboarding and reviewed thereafter.
- Internal audit independently tests the effectiveness of controls and reports findings to the Board.
Fraud prevention
Applications are screened for identity mismatch, document tampering and other indicators of fraud. Confirmed cases are investigated, recorded and, where required, reported to the relevant authority. Rapidoo Loans does not operate a mobile application, and customers are advised to transact only through our official website and communication channels.
Business continuity
Critical systems and records are backed up, and recovery procedures are in place so that customer servicing and repayment collection can continue in the event of a disruption.
The Board reviews this policy at least annually and whenever there is a material change in the business, the regulatory environment or the risk profile of the portfolio.
