Interest rate (and Annual Percentage Rate/APR)
Processing fees and applicable taxes (GST)
Total repayment amount and schedule
Prepayment/foreclosure terms, if applicable

All charges are disclosed prior to loan acceptance. No hidden fees are applied beyond what is stated in your loan agreement.
